Thanks for the site Jason, I've never dealt with them but they appear to be top notch. Can anyone share info.? Are their auctions worth a roadtrip? Thanks

I have been to one of the Flomaton auctions, late last year. They generally specialize in victorian and empire antiques and have only medium to high quality items ranging from furniture to lamps to art to glass ware...The people there are very friendly, and best of all, you are only about 40 minutes from Pensacola beach and great seafood ;D--I would say that it is worth a road trip--I will probably be at this May auction myself. Hope this helps with your question--let me know if you are coming-would love to meet some of the Rare Victorian team in person! :) Charles.
I have attended many of Flomaton's auctions both as a buyer and seller. It is better as always to inspect the stuff yourself. Great people with fun auctions. If I can make this one I will to give you guys some competition on the Belter/Meeks items. Only bad thing is they now work with Ebay. I was outbid on a nice marbletop table the last auction I went to by an online bidder, but had no competition on a two piece bedroom set. Not sure if I'll make it - I now live in OH. FL was a much easier trip!
